Disclaimers
We will be working together to create a shape that fits your unique facial structure. Please be mindful that all faces are naturally asymmetrical. We request that all clients carefully examine and approve each predraw before beginning the tattoo procedure.

All tattoos are permanent and results may vary depending on client’s skin, body chemistry, lifestyle, age, health, medications, hormones, diet, sun exposure, and/or compliance with Pre/After Care. We are not responsible for any changes that occur once you leave the studio. Permanent makeup is an art and results can never be guaranteed.

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with optimal results, there are many factors that contribute to the overall look, healing process, and retention of tattoos, some of which can result in a less than desirable outcome. It is crucial for clients to follow Pre-Care and After Care Instructions to help produce the best possible results.

Permanent Makeup tattoos are a 2 part service: The Initial Session and Required Touch Up. The Required Touch Up should be booked within 5-13 weeks from the Initial Session (prebooking is strongly advised). Exceeding that timeframe will require additional payments. Please be aware if the Required Touch Up is booked beyond 6 months from the Initial Session, the appointment will be rejected and/or charged in full as another Initial Session. Please book accordingly.

If clients require additional Touch Ups, (aside from the Initial and Required Touch Up) prices will be based on current availability and prices.

It is the client’s responsibility to book necessary appointments in a timely manner.

Photos, videos, and audio taken before, during, and after your procedure will be owned by Dollface Permanent Makeup and may be used for promotional/ marketing purposes on our social media, websites, and/or other business related platforms.

It is the client’s responsibility to read Policies (regarding appointments and payments), Precare, Aftercare, Contraindications, Disclaimers, and Appointment Reminders in its entierity. Once a deposit has been made, it is an automatic agreement to accept and comply.

Prices, Policies and Promotions are subject to change at any time.

Since this is a service, all transactions will be final. There will be no refunds on deposits and/or remaining balances (including all services and trainings).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Aftercare
All clients will be given an After Care Kit at the end of their sessions. Kits will include detailed instructions, shower visors, and moisturizers that will help to properly care for the treated area(s).
General Rules of After Care (eyebrows):
  • Do not scratch, pick, or pull any of the scabs. Please allow the scabs to exfoliate naturally!
  • Do not partake in activities that will cause you to sweat during the healing process. Sweat will break down color pigments which will lead to poor retention, loss of color, and increase risk of an infection.
  • Avoid exposing your eyebrows to water, direct shower streams, saunas, steam, pools, salt water, and tubs.
  • Do not expose healing skin to the sun, tanning beds, pets, dust/dirt, smoke, or chemicals of any kind (ie: make up, toners, moisturizers, serums, etc) unless stated otherwise by the artist.
  • No Botox, Peels, Microdermabrasions, or Chemical Treatments for a minimum of 5 weeks.
What to Expect During the Healing Process:
During the Healing & Peeling process (lasting generally 7-14 days), your eyebrows will go through many phases as it sheds and develops your pigment.
  • Day 1 - 3 : After your procedure, your eyebrows will begin to oxidize, appearing darker, bolder, and possibly thicker. Minor swelling may occur but should disappear after the first 48 hours.
  • Day 3 - 5 : Your eyebrows may feel a little "tighter" or "harder" as your body is naturally absorbing and healing your brows by creating scabs. The tattoo may appear somewhat raised. The use of *(Non-powdered) oil blotting sheets may be used to gently absorb oil from your brows, if you have oily skin.
  • Day 5 - 7 : Brows will begin to rapidly exfoliate and should shed evenly if left alone. The color underneath the exfoliating skin may appear very light but will resurface with more color as the weeks go by. Please be patient and give the color a couple weeks to develop.
  • Day 8 - 14 : The exfoliation process should be nearing an end. Continue to allow the eyebrows to naturally exfoliate and avoid pulling, picking, or scratching the scabs.
* If you feel you are having a reaction or infection, please inform your artist and reach out to your physician.
* Please remember to book your Required Touch Up within 5-10 weeks of your initial   session. Eyebrow Tattoos require 2 sessions to complete (Initial & Required Touch Up).
